These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Digital Cube Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The client acknowledges that acceptance constitutes agreement to these Terms.
All quotations are valid for a specified period (unless otherwise stated). Pricing is based on the scope of work and may be revised if project requirements change. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges.
A deposit (typically 50%–70%) is required prior to commencement. The remaining balance is payable prior to final delivery unless otherwise agreed. Digital Cube Ltd reserves the right to suspend services in the event of delayed or non-payment.
The client agrees to: Provide accurate and complete information Review and approve designs in a timely manner Ensure final approval before production The Company shall not be liable for errors or omissions approved by the client.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and external factors. While we make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, we shall not be held liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, including those arising from third-party suppliers.
The Company may engage trusted third-party partners for production and related services. While we maintain quality control, such services remain subject to the partner’s operational conditions.
All preliminary designs and concepts remain the property of Digital Cube Ltd until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted rights to the final approved deliverables, unless otherwise agreed. The Company reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or significant changes may incur additional fees.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. In the event of cancellation, the client shall be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Cube Ltd shall not be liable for: Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Loss of business, revenue, or profits Errors resulting from client-approved materials
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
Digital Cube Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
In the context of formal tenders, requests for proposals (RFPs), or contractual engagements, Digital Cube Ltd agrees to deliver services in accordance with the specifications, scope, and requirements outlined in the tender documents and any subsequent signed agreement.
All tender submissions made by the Company are considered valid for the period specified in the tender or proposal documentation.
The scope of work shall be strictly defined by the contract or purchase order issued by the client.

Service delivery timelines shall be defined within the contract and mutually agreed upon.
Digital Cube Ltd reserves the right to engage qualified subcontractors or production partners for the execution of certain services, particularly printing and production.
The Company remains fully responsible for:
Digital Cube Ltd shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Rwanda, including but not limited to:
All information, documents, and materials provided during the tendering and execution process shall be treated as confidential.
Neither party shall disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
Digital Cube Ltd declares that it shall avoid any conflict of interest that may compromise the fairness or transparency of the tendering or project execution process.
Any potential conflict shall be disclosed promptly to the client.
Payment terms shall be defined within the contract or purchase order and may include:
Invoices shall be issued in accordance with agreed schedules.
Digital Cube Ltd shall implement internal quality control measures to ensure that all deliverables meet the required standards.
Where applicable, the client may request inspections, approvals, or sign-offs at various stages of the project.
The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Such events shall be communicated promptly, and timelines may be adjusted accordingly.
Either party may terminate the contract:
Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
Any disputes arising from contractual engagements shall be resolved through:
Clients agree not to directly engage or contract subcontractors or partners introduced by Digital Cube Ltd for the same project without prior written consent.
